the reason this program is different from others, because i will guide you step by step through the process! and it's the program that i am currently using! i have done my research to find the best exercise to help me and you reach our goals! If some of exercises don't work for you or you just don't seem to enjoy, i will help find you the best alternatives!

- i will review your program daily and give you advice, or on occasions different exercises to perform!

- if you ever have question about your program or technique you will ask a day in advance and i will either give you an explanation through text on your program page or a video to make it more clear!
